A $50 booking fee is charged if the cleaner/s arrives on site and determines it to be hazardous or misled by the details upon booking. Cleaners reserve the right to walk away in this case and the fee will be charged.

24hrs notice is required for free cancellation. A $50 charge will incur if less than 24hrs notice is provided.

All extra services are charged separately

All prices are excluding GST

With all cleaning packages, the list of tasks provided is what the cleaner will attempt to complete during the allowed time, however not all tasks may be completed.
